We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-Home Care Revenue Team Leader to join our team.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Investments, you will lead the revenue and accounts receivable functions for our In-Home Care program, ensuring accurate billing, financial reporting and compliance with aged care and home care funding requirements.

You will oversee financial processes, support month-end reporting, drive continuous process improvements and lead a small team while working collaboratively across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the In-Home Care revenue and accounts receivable function.

· Ensure timely and accurate client billing and revenue reconciliation.

· Prepare month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

· Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity across multiple systems.

· Oversee financial data management across AlayaCare, AirDocs and Epicor.

· Assist with annual budgets, forecasting and year-end audit processes.

· Monitor compliance with the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls.

· Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.

· Lead, mentor and support the Accounts Receivable Officer.

· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers.

Skills & Capabilities

- CPA or CA qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance, revenue or management accounting role.




- Previous experience within aged care, health or community services.
- Sound understanding of the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting controls.
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Epicor) and client management systems (e.g. AlayaCare) or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service focus with strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
