- Palladium is seeking expressions of interest fromexperienced and motivated professionals to join our growing talent pool forupcoming opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region (APAC)
- This Expression of Interest aims to build Palladium'sAPAC Talent Pool of experienced technical professionals who are interested inbeing considered for future program and corporate opportunities across theregion

Background

Palladium delivers large, complex donor‑fundedprograms across the Asia‑Pacific region and regularly engages experiencedinternational development professionals for future technical, operational andsenior leadership roles. We are particularly interested in professionals whoare client‑focused, adaptable, and confident working in dynamic, cross‑culturalenvironments, with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality developmentoutcomes and impact.

About the Opportunities

We invite expressions of interest from experienced professionalsacross the following technical sectors:

- Health Provide technical expertise and advisory support across public health, health systems strengthening, service delivery, policy development, health financing, workforce development, and health program implementation.
- Education Support the design, delivery, and management of education initiatives, including education policy, systems strengthening, curriculum development, teacher capacity building, inclusive education, and learning outcomes improvement. Roles may beshort-term or long-term, in-country or remote, depending on programrequirements.

About You

To besuccessful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience working in international development across the Asia‑Pacific region, ideally within managing contractor or consulting environments
- Proven track record delivering or managing complex initiatives and coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders, partners,



and counterparts
- Strong understanding of donor‑funded programs, with experience working with DFAT, FCDO, USAID, ADB, World Bank, MFAT or similar donors highly regarded
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural and fast‑paced environments, adapting to changing contexts and priorities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high‑quality reports and briefing materials in clear, accessible language
- Clear commitment to high‑quality delivery and achieving sustainable, measurable development outcomes

- There is no application deadline for this Expression of Interest (EOI); however, we encourage interested candidates to register their interest as early as possible. This EOI is intended to build Palladium's APAC Talent Pool—a network of professionals who wish to be considered for future program and corporate opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
- As this is not an application for a specific vacancy, candidates may not receive an immediate response and may only be contacted if a suitable opportunity arises that aligns with their skills and experience. Inclusion in the Talent Pool does not guarantee employment or progression to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Where a suitable prospect is identified, selected candidates may be invited to participate in Palladium's standard recruitment and selection process, which may include interviews, reference checks, due diligence, safeguarding assessments, and other relevant background checks. Registration in the Talent Pool does not prevent you from applying for any current or future vacancies advertised by Palladium.
