As a Vacation Student in the Business Advisory team, you will get a head start on your career by obtaining valuable practical experience during your university break. Learning from the best and brightest minds in the business world, RSM will help launch your career by offering:

When does it start?
Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.
About You
Who you are:
- Penultimate year students completing Commerce degree with an Accounting major;
- Willingness to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as an enthusiasm to learn;
- A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
