Job Description
- Report into a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and be part of a rich clinical workplace with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Dieticians
- Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
- Participate in family case conferences
- Provide education and training to staff
- Be involved in clinical governance including conducting audits and contributing to policy and procedures

About the Candidate
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
- Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop productive relationships and enjoy working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
- NDIS clearance and 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
