Communicare is seeking an FDVA Assessment Specialist for the Breathing Space program in Calista. You will conduct comprehensive screening, triage and risk/needs assessments for referrals, ensuring accurate information management and robust stakeholder engagement within a supportive therapeutic setting.
The role is permanent full-time (76 hours per fortnight) with potential prison-site assessments and travel as needed.
