Full-time Contract

37.5 hours per week

$65,676 to $73,398 per annum

Plus Worker Retention Payment of between $6,727.50 and $8,970.00 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$91,443 to $102,804

About the role

The Early Childhood Educator Team Leader delivers education, care and leadership to a team of Early Childhood Educators in the provision of high-quality education to children attending the Ampe Kenhe Apmere Congress Child Care using a bi-cultural adaptation of the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a).

Who are we looking for?

Someone to fit our team with the following requirements:

- Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA.
- Extensive experience in mentoring and supervising Educators.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop in practicalways.
- Ability to interpret and apply information provided about a diverse range of positive teaching strategiesthat meet the individual learning styles of the different children.
- Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Early Years Framework and an understanding of theNational Quality Standards.




- Ability to contribute as an active team member to all aspects of the functioning of Congress Child CareCentre.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
