As we continue our national growth journey, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Client Services – NSW to lead our NSW market and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Client Services will have end-to-end accountability for the performance, growth and operational success of the NSW market.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the financial performance, growth strategy and sustainability of the NSW business
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across client services, service delivery and workforce performance
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, stakeholders and internal teams
- Leading, coaching and developing leaders to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Creating a high-performing, accountable and values-driven culture
- Improving operational systems,



processes and service delivery models
- Using data and insights to drive decision-making, performance improvement and growth opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Partnering with executive leaders across People & Culture, Finance, Quality and Operations to deliver organisational objectives

About You

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader with demonstrated experience leading large teams, managing complex operations and delivering commercial outcomes.

You may come from an NDIS, healthcare, aged care or community services background, however we are also open to exceptional leaders from other industries including professional services, consulting, hospitality, retail, sales or customer-focused organisations.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in an executive, regional, state or senior operational leadership role
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance and growth targets
- Demonstrated success leading large teams and developing high-performing cultures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to influence, inspire and engage teams through periods of growth and change
- A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences




- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and drive results
- Experience within the disability or healthcare sector will be highly regarded; however, we value leadership capability, commercial mindset and cultural alignment above industry background.
