This is a high-impact opportunity for an ambitious analyst seeking genuine deal exposure in a lean, high-performance environment focused exclusively on mid-market M&A; and private equity transactions.

About The Role

As Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, you will work directly with senior advisors across live M&A; transactions from inception to close. With no large teams to hide behind, you will have real visibility across every stage of the deal process from origination through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models including DCF, LBO and merger analysis
- Prepare information memoranda, pitch books and transaction materials
- Support buy-side and sell-side M&A; processes across the mid-market




- Conduct industry research, company analysis and market mapping
- Coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial and commercial workstreams
- Assist with capital raising mandates for PE-backed and privately owned businesses
- Engage directly with PE sponsors, management teams and advisers throughout transaction processes

Requirements

- Minimum two years of M&A; advisory or investment banking experience
- Robust financial modelling capability across LBO, DCF and merger models
- Exposure to mid-market or PE-backed transactions highly regarded
- CA, CFA or progress toward either preferred
- Sharp attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in mid-market M&A;
