About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Sydney Tools, delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

You'll build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales targets, maintain exceptional product knowledge, and contribute to a well-presented,



high-performing store.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice
- Drive sales through solution-based selling, upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business
- Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store displays
- Continuously develop your product knowledge through training
- Contribute to a positive team culture while following company and WHS procedures

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a retail sales environment. Ideally you'll have:

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
- The ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- An interest in tools, hardware or trade products (or the willingness to learn)
