Research Executive
The Research Executive role is ideal for curious individuals looking for their first step into a career in Market Research. You will receive exposure to a variety of service lines while working alongside industry experts.
Responsibilities
- Work across quantitative projects, assisting in the end‑to‑end research project life cycle.
- Contribute to taking client briefs, developing research design, timelines and costings.
- Assist in developing questionnaires and discussion guides.
- Assist with project management, including liaising with other researchers, operational team members, clients and external stakeholders as required to scope, implement and communicate the research.
- Conduct data analysis and visualise key research data.
- Contribute to writing and delivering insights and recommendations to clients in engaging, meaningful, and creative reporting.
- Set up projects and perform data validation, checks, and quality control management.
- Undertake professional development training.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably SPSS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good organisational skills, project management ability and results orientation.
- Working knowledge of statistics and research techniques is advantageous.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn quickly.
- Natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value.
- Self‑motivated and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
