Barbagallo is one of Western Australia's most respected automotive retailers, representing some of the world's leading automotive brands. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, representing RAM and Leapmotor brands.

This role offers the unique opportunity to represent two innovative brands at opposite ends of the automotive spectrum, from powerful American pickup trucks to cutting-edge electric vehicles.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Selling new RAM Trucks and Leapmotor vehicles.

- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Following up leads and maintaining an active customer database.

- Working collaboratively with the finance and aftersales departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 1 year automotive sales experience.





- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust negotiation and closing abilities.

- A professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

- Motor vehicle sales licence

- A current WA driver's licence.

- Full Australian working rights

Working Hours

- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
