People & Culture Business Partner

Redpath Partners is delighted to be partnering with a leading Property Developer organisation to appoint an experienced People & Culture Business Partner based in Melbourne. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to partner with senior leaders and influence people strategy within a agile, project-driven environment.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while supporting organisational growth, leadership development and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.

- Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management and leadership matters.

- Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives.

- Drive engagement, culture and wellbeing programs.

- Support recruitment strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.





- Analyse people metrics to identify trends and provide commercial recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice.

- Contribute to continuous improvement across People & Culture processes and programs.

- $140,000 - $170,000 Salary Package (Based on Experience)

About You

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.

- Experience supporting leaders through organisational growth and change.

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.

- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
