Role Description This is a full-time, in office role located in Sydney, NSW, focused on psychiatrist booking coordination and marketing for ADHD-BED Integrated®. The role involves managing and optimizing psychiatrist appointment schedules, coordinating patient bookings, and ensuring efficient communication between clinicians, administrative staff, and patients. Day-to-day tasks include organizing consultation calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting intake processes.

The position also includes assisting with marketing activities such as promoting services, supporting outreach campaigns, maintaining digital listings and profiles,



and collaborating on content to educate patients and referrers. The role requires close collaboration with the clinical team to align booking and marketing strategies with patient care priorities and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge in Medicine and Mental Health to understand patient needs and clinical workflows.

Skills and experience in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care, preferably within ADHD, eating disorders, or related comorbidities.

Competence or experience in Adolescent Psychiatry, with the ability to work sensitively with young people and their families.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.

Experience in healthcare administration, patient booking systems, or medical practice coordination is highly beneficial.

Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with clinicians, allied health professionals, and support staff.

Proficiency with basic office software and practice management or booking platforms; familiarity with privacy and confidentiality standards.

Relevant degree or training in health, psychology, administration, or a related field;

experience in marketing or healthcare outreach is an advantage.

This role is 80% sales and 20% marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving business growth
