Our work spans two key areas:
Workplace Injury & Recovery
Supporting individuals recovering from workplace psychological injury through workers compensation, personal injury and occupational rehabilitation programs.
Workplace Mental Health
Partnering with organisations to strengthen psychological wellbeing through early intervention, critical incident response, leadership support, psychosocial risk management and workplace capability building.

The Opportunity
You'll become part of a collaborative, supportive team delivering meaningful psychological services to clients across Australia.
Your work will include
- Comprehensive psychological assessment
- Evidence-based treatment and recovery planning
- Individual psychological therapy (Telehealth)
- Return-to-work and workplace recovery interventions
- Report writing and stakeholder communication
- Liaising with employers, insurers and treating professionals where appropriate
- Contributing to service innovation,
program development and continuous improvement
You'll work with clients experiencing:
- Workplace psychological injury
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Trauma-related presentations
- Adjustment disorders
- Workplace conflict and bullying
- Occupational stress and burnout
- Return-to-work challenges
We encourage clinicians to work from their preferred therapeutic approach. Experience with CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT or other evidence-based modalities is highly regarded. Why Join MindPact?

Essential Requirements
- General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Highly Regarded Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
- Workers Compensation
- Occupational Rehabilitation
- Personal Injury
- Workplace Mental Health
- Critical Incident Response
- EAP
- EMDR
- Medicare services
- Psychological capacity assessments
