Vamonos Paella Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work setting.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and schedule employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.




- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update the menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed.
