TLC Healthcare, The Heights in Donvale, seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead the 84-bed residential aged care home. You will drive performance, governance, and resident-focused care while shaping the strategic direction of the residence.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding experience, and capability to manage occupancy, budgets, and workforce. AHPRA RN registration is required; a proactive, cooperative leader is essential.
