About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients.
- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations.
- Managing property sales campaigns from listing through to settlement.
- Conducting open homes and private inspections.
- Negotiating sales contracts and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the agency.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales
- Current Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate (as required in your state)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities




- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
