About the role As the first point of contact for guests, you'll help create a welcoming, safe and culturally respectful environment at our Kalgoorlie Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation Service (KASSA). This is a 12-month maximum-term maternity leave contract working a rotating weekend roster, providing reception, customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. About you Working closely with the Service Coordinator, you'll manage reception, bookings, financial administration and guest enquiries while delivering a high standard of customer service and helping create a positive experience for every guest.

Your key experience will include:

- Experience in reception, administration,
