About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, friendly and patient oriented Receptionist/Shoe Fitting/Sales Assistant to join our team at the Active Foot Clinic in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a full-time team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and productive experience for our patients and customers.

What you'll be doing

- Providing excellent customer service and a friendly first point of contact for patients and customers, both in person and over the phone
- Managing the clinic's reception area, including greeting visitors, handling appointment bookings, and coordinating patient flow
- Assisting with shoe fittings and sales, ensuring customers find the right footwear to meet their needs
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the clinic by working as a cohesive administration team and supporting the clinical team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a health/medical receptionist role
- A genuine interest in footwear and a commitment to providing high-quality customer care




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient, high functioning front end with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems, practice and retail software
