Practice Nurse (RN) | Permanent Full-Time | Tweed Heads, NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Practice Nurse to join a well-established and highly regarded GP clinic in Tweed Heads. This is a permanent full time prospect within a friendly, supportive, and team-oriented environment. You’ll be joining a clinic with 10 GPs (FT & PT) and 2 Nurses already in place, offering excellent support, structure, and a genuinely collaborative workplace culture.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Practice Nurse role working closely with GPs and the wider team to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy general practice setting.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

- Wound care and ongoing management

- Chronic disease management & care plans

- Health assessments

- Immunisations & vaccinations (childhood & adult)

- Assisting GPs with minor procedures

- Treatment room management and infection control

- Recalls, reminders, and general clinical support

About You





- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

- Previous experience within General Practice is highly regarded

- Confident across treatment room duties and working autonomously

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach

- Experience with Best Practice software (or ability to pick up quickly)
