About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in designing and purchasing their dream home.
- Conduct consultations at display homes and company offices.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to contract.
- Work closely with design, estimating, and construction teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of home designs, inclusions, and building processes.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in new home sales,



residential construction, real estate, property sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✅ A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

✅ Self-motivated with a genuine desire to achieve results

✅ Excellent organisational and time-management skills

✅ Ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships

✅ Professional presentation and a strong work ethic

✅ Current Driver's Licence (preferred)

✅ Australian working rights
