About the Position An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Corporate/M&A; practice as part of the team's continued growth.
Working directly with leading partners, you will play a key role on high-value M&A; transactions. You will be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to take a lead role on transactions.
This position is ideally suited to a Senior Associate seeking more visibility, greater responsibility,
and a clearer pathway to partnership than may be available in a larger team structure.

You
You will be a high-performing Corporate lawyer who enjoys working on sophisticated transactions and is looking to accelerate your career within a premier practice. Duties In the role, you will:
Advise on M&A; transactions
Act on strategic investment deals
Assist with transaction structuring and negotiations
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
Manage client relationships and work directly with key stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team
Support business development and profile-building initiatives Qualifications
We are seeking someone with:
Approximately 5-9 years' PAE in Corporate/M&A;
Experience gained within a recognised corporate transactions practice
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory matters
Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act
