Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Business Analyst to join their collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather and define business requirements.

- Analyse, document, and manage business requirements using relevant collaboration and project management tools.

- Identify and document implicit requirements, including business rules, data validations, exception handling, and process dependencies.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, UX, and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and platform capabilities.

- Lead requirements validation sessions and present solution recommendations to stakeholders.

- Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.





- Perform system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet documented business requirements.

- Conduct client demonstrations, walkthroughs, and solution showcases.

- Contribute to the enhancement of product documentation, knowledge repositories, and internal best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and delivery enhancements.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience as a customer-facing Business Analyst.

- Previous experience within Financial Advice is essential.

- Robust understanding of Wealth Management and Financial Services technology platforms.

- Experience working within enterprise software development environments.

- Exposure to UX design principles and customer-centric solution delivery.

- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience using the Atlassian toolset, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
