We're looking for a senior Cabinet Maker / Joiner who knows their craft inside out - someone who can step onto site, take ownership, and deliver a flawless result without being micromanaged.
This role suits a tradesperson who's confident working independently, takes pride in precision, and enjoys the balance of workshop manufacturing and high-end installations on site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacture and assemble custom joinery with accuracy and efficiency
- Independently install joinery on high-end residential projects
- Read and interpret detailed drawings with confidence
- Deliver clean, precise work with a strong eye for detail
- Take ownership of your work on site - from setup to final finish
Who You Are
- Solid experience in custom residential joinery
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in custom residential joinery required
- Comfortable leading yourself on site with minimal supervision
- Strong installation experience - you know how to get things right first time
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
- Own tools required
- CNC experience is a bonus, not essential
