IBAC is recruiting a Senior Lawyer to join the Criminal Law team in Melbourne, on a full time, ongoing basis. The role reports to the Managing Principal Lawyer and provides authoritative legal advice on criminal law matters within IBAC, including prosecutions in-house or by the Office of Public Prosecutions. The successful candidate will develop resources for informants and investigations, maintain relationships with the OPP and courts, and may appear in court for IBAC prosecutions.
