? Dental Assistant / Receptionist

Dental Hub Geelong – North Geelong Rare opportunity in a premium Family dental practice

We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our high-performing team. Immediate start available.

THE ROLE

A dual role combining chairside assisting and front desk coordination:

- Patient bookings & enquiries (phone/email)
- Treatment coordination, quoting & follow-ups
- Managing recalls and appointment flow
- HICAPS, Medicare & payment processing
- Lab case tracking & admin support
- Stock control & general clinic support
- Chairside assisting across all aspects of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
- Sterilization

ABOUT YOU





- Dental experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years of dental industry experience required
- Chairside dental assisting experience is mandatory
- Confident communicator with strong organization skills
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable discussing treatment and patient care
- EXACT software experience preferred (training provided)
- Dental Assistant Certificate required
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting required
- Valid Australian work rights are required for this position

HOURS

- 5 days | 8:00am – 5:45pm
- No weekends
