About CoEcosystem

CoEcosystem is a performance improvement and transformation delivery firm working across infrastructure, healthcare, government and commercial operations.

We help organisations turn insight into execution. We work alongside clients and take accountability for delivering measurable outcomes across people, process, technology and data.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Partner, Strategic Growth to expand our client portfolio and create high-value enterprise opportunities.

This is a flexible, commission-based independent contractor opportunity provided through your own business and ABN. It is not an employment position or an offer to join a legal partnership.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will identify opportunities, initiate senior-level conversations, shape engagement scopes, support proposal development and help convert suitable opportunities into enterprise engagements.

The focus is on trusted relationships, quality opportunities and long-term client value, rather than high-volume sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify enterprise prospects and consulting opportunities
- Make authorised introductions and initiate senior commercial conversations
- Understand client needs and help develop credible engagement scopes
- Support proposals, presentations, negotiations and opportunity conversion
- Maintain accurate opportunity and relationship records
- Comply with confidentiality, privacy, procurement, probity, conflict-of-interest and anti-bribery requirements

What You Will Bring

- Substantial experience in senior leadership, consulting, advisory, professional services or enterprise business development
- Credibility and sound judgement when engaging C-suite, GM, VP and Director-level stakeholders

- A demonstrated ability to build trusted professional relationships and originate complex opportunities
- Experience translating strategic or operational needs into well-scoped professional-services engagements
- Knowledge of infrastructure, healthcare, government, regulated industries or complex commercial environments
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and commercial judgement

Ideal Experience

- 20+ years of industry experience, including at least seven years in senior leadership roles, or 10+ years in consulting, advisory or complex enterprise sales
- Strong professional networks within infrastructure, healthcare, government, private-sector or regulated industries
- Experience engaging senior executives on strategic or operational issues
- The ability to recognise organisational needs and turn them into credible engagement opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, base payment, retainer or guaranteed income. Actual commissions may vary and may be nil.

The services agreement will specify the commission rate and rules covering opportunity registration, attribution, eligible revenue, payment timing, adjustments, cancellations and GST. A complete commission schedule will be provided before any agreement is signed.

The prospect offers

- Flexible, part-time or portfolio-style participation

- Independence and autonomy
- The ability to use your existing relationships and commercial experience
- Direct access to senior practitioners and decision-makers
- Exposure to complex, high-impact client engagements
- Attractive earning potential based on successful outcomes
- The ability to work with other clients, subject to confidentiality and conflict requirements

Eligibility and Application

Applicants must have the lawful right to work or provide contracted services in Australia and be able to provide services through their own business and ABN.

Please submit your CV or LinkedIn profile. We also encourage you to include a short cover letter outlining your relevant commercial experience, executive relationships and the sectors in which you can credibly develop opportunities.

Hiring Process

Shortlisted applicants will generally complete:

Application and experience review

Initial discussion with CoEcosystem

Commercial discussion with the Managing Director

Reference or background checks, where appropriate and with prior notice and consent

Review of the services agreement and commission schedule

Applicant Privacy

Personal information provided during the application process will be used to assess suitability and manage the selection process. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements and CoEcosystem’s privacy policy.

CoEcosystem welcomes applications from people of all ages and backgrounds. Applicants are assessed based on relevant capability, experience, judgement and the requirements of the engagement. If you require a reasonable adjustment during the selection process, please let us know.
