Help make CCWA’s inaugural Regional Gathering a success!

This year, we’re taking our annual conference regional and we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us in the stunning South West of Western Australia at Sabina River Farm, Busselton.

The gathering will bring together member groups, local environmental organisations, Traditional Owners, community leaders and changemakers to connect, share knowledge and strengthen collective action for thriving lands, waters and communities.

Whether you can help with event set-up, welcoming guests, catering support, expo assistance or pack-down, your contribution will play a vital role in creating a memorable and impactful event.

We are seeking a minimum of 12 volunteers, with 15 volunteers preferred for comfortable coverage throughout the event.

CCWA Regional Gathering 2026

When: Friday 30 October 2026, 8:30am–5:00pm, followed by a sundowner

Optional on-Country tours on Saturday 31 October 2026

Volunteer Opportunities





We have a variety of roles available, including:

- Day-before venue set-up (Thursday 29 October)
- Morning event set-up checks
- Registration desk support
- Member Group Expo assistance
- Catering and tea/coffee station support
- Kitchen and cup-washing support
- Room runners and general event assistance
- Sundowner bar support
- Sundowner grazing table support
- Event pack-down crew

Volunteer shifts are available before, during and after the event, allowing flexibility to suit your availability.
