About the Opportunity Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with senior operational, quality and transformation stakeholders, you will lead the relocation of a highly regulated warehouse and office operation while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who has successfully delivered a comparable warehouse relocation within the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare industry. You will coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, oversee operational readiness, manage project timelines and risks,



and ensure regulatory compliance throughout every stage of the relocation. Beyond the relocation itself, you will provide senior operational leadership, supporting the wider business through a period of significant change while maintaining uninterrupted customer service and supply continuity.
