Meriton Suites is seeking a Guest Service Manager for our Surfers Paradise hotel. You will lead front office operations, work with housekeeping and maintenance, and report to the Hotel Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences daily.

You will manage rosters and payroll, foster a positive team culture, and maintain Meriton Suites standards. Ideal candidates are current Managers on Duty or Assistant Managers with 4/5-star hotel experience and a passion for service.
