The Role:

You’ll deliver fractional CFO services to ambitious $2-50M private businesses, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You’ll be a self-starter with energy, ambition, and a passion for supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and MDs.

What You Bring:

- Be a self-starter with ambition, energy and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Fully engage with our ‘purpose’ of wanting to make a real difference to our clients
- Desire to work closely as part of a team together with our Regional Directors in a collegiate environment
- Qualified with one of the major accounting institutes (CA/CPA)
- Minimum of 7 years Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer experience – commercial and strategic
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Track record of excellence, achievement and entrepreneurial drive
- Desire to work directly with business owners, with a passion for making a real difference
- Well networked
- Confidence and gravitas
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to develop a strong alignment to the company’s culture

You’ll work closely with your Regional Director and a collaborative team of CFOs. We take pride in our family-focused work culture, a value often mirrored in our clients’ operations.

This is a self-employed role, offering the benefits of a structured model combined with the autonomy to deliver outcomes your way. You’ll thrive on the variety, challenge, and flexibility that comes with serving multiple clients. You must be able to support yourself financially during the build-up phase.

As you build your portfolio, you’ll shift from thinking “how do I grow?” to “how do I add even more value for my clients?”

We’ll help you build a strong, rewarding portfolio through the combined efforts of our Regional Director and central marketing team. While we actively generate opportunities, your own networking and proactive engagement on the ground are key to maximising opportunities and long-term portfolio success.
