Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service across hotel outlets, including room service where required.
- Ensure outlets are set up prior to service, including table set-up and clearance.
- Greet and serve guests promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Understand the menu, provide recommendations and upsell food and beverage items.
- Assist with basic food preparation and light cooking as required (training will be provided).
- Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure correct pack-down procedures are followed after service.
- Re‑stock fridges to par levels and maintain stock in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with hotel standards.
