We’re looking for a Senior People and Culture Advisor to join us, bringing P&C; expertise and genuine care to every part of our organisation.

About you

You are seeking a role where your P&C; generalist expertise translates into real impact, practical, timely advice that helps managers and teams do their best work, not just policy for policy’s sake. You have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and P&C; project delivery, and you know how to balance an evidence-based approach with creativity to get things done.

We are looking for someone who has:

- High-level P&C; consulting and advisory skills, with the confidence to guide managers and leaders through complex people issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of P&C; best practice and employment legislation, with a proven ability to lead P&C; projects from concept to delivery
- The ability to balance a commercial mindset with the values of a for-purpose organisation

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work closely with people managers and senior leaders across CHOICE to provide proactive, practical P&C; solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will contribute to the development and delivery of CHOICE’s People and Culture strategic plan.

You will also:

- Provide expert P&C; advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, recognition and rewards, remuneration and benefits, organisational change and policy interpretation




- Lead and support P&C; projects – from diversity and inclusion initiatives to current P&C; systems implementations – that improve the employee experience
- Review, develop and implement P&C; policies and procedures, keeping CHOICE compliant and up to date with changes in employment law
- Use P&C; metrics and reporting to provide advice that’s data-informed and clearly presented to stakeholders
