Appoint Recruit is partnering with an established, family-owned civil contractor looking to bring its surveying capability permanently in-house.
This is an chance for an experienced construction Surveyor to take ownership of end-to-end survey delivery across a varied portfolio of civil and energy infrastructure projects throughout the Surat Basin, Darling Downs and regional Queensland.
Working directly with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, you will manage survey control, construction set-out, verification and final as-builts, while helping establish the systems and processes that support the function long term.
The project portfolio includes BESS, solar, substations, earthworks, roads, drainage, concrete structures and broader civil infrastructure.
The opportunity offers:

Formal registration is not required. The business is focused on proven civil construction surveying capability, sound technical judgement and the ability to confidently manage field-to-finish requirements with minimal supervision.
This could suit an experienced Civil, Construction, Engineering or Project Surveyor, or a capable Surveying Technician ready to step into greater ownership.
