We are seeking a versatile and motivated Transfer Attendant & Weighbridge Operator to join our local team. This is a permanent part-time position with excellent potential to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.
In this role, you will support regular staff at our local transfer stations. You will balance outdoor site operations, customer service, and relief truck driving. If you enjoy a active, varied workday where no two days are the same, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet site users, answer inquiries, and guide them on correct disposal practices.
- Weighbridge & Cash Handling: Operate the weighbridge system, calculate fees, and accurately process payments.
- Site Operations: Maintain a clean, protected,
and organized facility. Help operate basic site machinery.
- Relief Driving: Act as a relief truck driver to support the transport team when required.

- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work reliably on your own or collaborate closely with a team.
