About the Role

As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities include

- Selling quality pre-owned vehicles and associated products
- Managing and following up customer enquiries from walk-ins, phone, online leads and referrals
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a premium buying experience
- Conducting vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiating sales outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records within the dealership CRM system
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Supporting dealership events,



campaigns and promotions
- Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and repeat customers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- A current and valid NSW Driver Licence
