Synergie is seeking HR Drivers for multiple opportunities within the waste & transport and logistics industries located in Townsville.

The important parts:

- Monday to Friday roles available
- Early morning and day shifts available
- Ongoing opportunities with potential for permanent transition

What you will be required to do:

We are currently recruiting for multiple HR driving roles including rear-lift collection vehicles, local multi-drop delivery, and Hiab truck operation.

- Operate HR vehicles safely and efficiently across local routes
- Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections
- Assist with loading and unloading (manual handling required)
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle compliance
- Work as part of a team while maintaining high safety standards

About the Candidate

- Hold a current HR Licence
- Have previous truck driving experience desirable (rear-lift, multi-drop or Hiab highly regarded)
- Forklift and/or DG licence desirable (not essential for all roles)
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasksHave full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Residency)
- Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to workDemonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
