The Opportunity
As part of a nationally recognised Dispute Resolution team, you'll advise public and private sector clients across a broad range of matters, including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporate and shareholder litigation
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Class actions
- Competition and consumer law disputes
- Tax litigation
- Restructuring and insolvency matters
This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, exposure to high-profile matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners who are committed to mentoring and developing their team.
You will ideally have:
- 4+ years PAE in Commercial Litigation, Disputes and/or Insolvency
- Experience gained within a reputable private practice environment
- A genuine desire to continue developing your career within a collaborative national team
