SEEK Pass is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the operations function across 2–5 cross‑functional squads focused on digital identity and trusted information. You will report to the Head of Operations and shape the sub‑domain roadmap with co‑leaders from Engineering and Product.

You will hire, onboard and capacity‑plan resources, champion scalable processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures in a quick‑growing SEEK Pass environment.
