Customer relations officer - Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre

The City of Onkaparinga operates the Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC), a leading community facility in southern Adelaide. Each year, we welcome around 300,000 visitors.

The centre includes a 25m lap and program pool, a family pool, a fully equipped gym, squash courts, multi-purpose sports courts and a busy kiosk. We support everything from everyday recreation to major regional events. We are a welcoming, inclusive and professional workplace. About the role

As a customer relations officer, you are the first point of contact for visitors. You support reception,



bookings and kiosk operations.

Key responsibilities

- greet customers and manage enquiries
- handle bookings and maintain records
- prepare and serve food and drinks
- process payments and balance tills
- maintain a clean and safe workplace

What you bring

- clear communication and teamwork
- attention to detail and system confidence

Qualifications and requirements

You must hold or be willing to obtain:

- Provide First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Child Safe Environments training
- basic food safety training
