With a strong track record of performance and continued growth across its credit strategies, the business is investing in its distribution capability to support its next phase of expansion.

This role sits across distribution, finance, and strategy, providing critical insights to drive origination, optimise channel performance, and support executive decision-making.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Distribution, the Distribution Associate will play a key role in analysing performance across broker, intermediary, and direct channels. You will support the distribution team with data-driven insights, pipeline visibility, and commercial analysis to enhance decision-making and drive revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse distribution performance across channels, including brokers, BDMs, and strategic partners
- Track and report on origination volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline activity




- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership
- Provide insights on channel profitability and product performance
- Support forecasting and scenario analysis for origination and revenue
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the distribution network
- Partner with Distribution, Credit, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Assist in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) optimisation and reporting integrity

About You

- Experience in an analytical or commercial role within financial services, funds management, banking, or lending
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or SQL advantageous
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with distribution, sales, or client-facing teams is highly regarded
- Solid communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a proactive and curious approach
