ARRCS is offering First Nations trainee opportunities across the Northern Territory to join a paid traineeship while studying for a Certificate III in Individual Care. The program begins in September 2026, with on-the-job paid training and mentorship from ARRCS Career Specialists.
Participants will be employed by ARRCS as they complete the practical components, supporting the elderly in Aged Care, with 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and nationwide pathway opportunities within ARRCS.
