️ Join a major Defence infrastructure project and work alongside one of Australia's leading commercial construction contractors.

We're seeking an experienced Structures Site Supervisor to lead structural construction works on a high-profile Defence project in Wagga Wagga.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, an excellent salary package and the chance to work within a highly regulated Tier 1 construction environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily structural construction activities while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You'll lead subcontractors, supervise site operations and play a key role in delivering a major Defence project from structural works through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily structural construction activities
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to programme
* Monitor quality control and construction standards
* Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and project procedures
* Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
* Liaise with Project Managers, engineers and consultants
* Prepare site reports and support project delivery

Skills & Experience

Essential

* Previous experience supervising structural construction works
* Experience working on Tier 1 construction projects
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Sound understanding of WHS, quality assurance and project scheduling
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors




* Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications
* Willingness to complete a Police Check as required for the project

Highly Regarded

* Previous Defence, government or other highly regulated project experience
* Trade or construction management background
