The Role
A outstanding opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of high-end custom builds and luxury duplexes across Sydney. You'll be running complex, architect-designed projects autonomously from start to finish, managing trades, coordinating with architects and consultants, and delivering exceptional results on technically demanding sites.

- Manage high-end custom homes and luxury duplex projects from slab to handover across Sydney
- Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers and subcontractors across complex, architect-driven builds
- Liaise directly with clients, architects and engineers to ensure builds are delivered to the highest standard
- Maintain programme, quality and WHS compliance across all active projects




- Problem-solve on technically demanding sites including steep blocks, difficult access and high-spec structural elements

About You

- Carpentry trade background (Cert III minimum) with a Cert IV in Building and Construction
- Proven experience running high-end custom residential or luxury duplex projects
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing complex builds from start to finish
- Strong trades relationships and a reputation for running tight, well-organised sites
- Sydney-based with the ability to work across a range of locations
