We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within a highly regulated workplace . This position is ideal for someone with proven experience implementing Salesforce platforms that support complex government or regulatory business processes, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) .

Working alongside Principal Engineers and Solution Architects, you'll design and build secure, scalable Salesforce applications that support customer services, case management, digital workflows, and enterprise integrations, while helping modernize legacy platforms.

Technical Requirements

- Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Expert-level proficiency with Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform security, sharing models, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience delivering multiple greenfield Salesforce implementations or large-scale platform transformations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
- Strong understanding of the Public Sector Solutions data model, regulatory workflows, licensing, compliance,



inspections, permits, case management, and citizen service capabilities.
- Ability to design Salesforce solutions that align with government security, accessibility, compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
- Experience delivering Service Cloud solutions and customer-facing Experience Cloud portals.
- Experience designing complex service journeys, case management processes, and workflow automation.

Integration

- Strong experience designing Salesforce integration architecture using REST APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce into broader enterprise ecosystems using middleware such as MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.

Highly Desirable

- Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) on enterprise or government transformation programs.
- Experience configuring PSS capabilities including licensing, permitting, inspections, complaints, case management, and constituent services.
- Understanding of government digital service delivery principles, accessibility standards, and regulatory operating models.
- Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Public Sector Solutions accreditation are highly regarded.
