JLF Enterprises is a family-owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care provider with services located throughout the Illawarra. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our growing teams across our services with various locations to choose from.

We have opportunities available for

- Certificate III Educators

- Working Towards Certificate III Educators

- Diploma Educators

- Working Towards Diploma Educators

We are also open to offering traineeship opportunities, including Diploma traineeships, for the right candidate.

Positions are available on a:

- Casual basis

- Part-Time basis

- Fill-Time basis

About the Role

As an educator within out services, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within a safe, inclusive and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities include

- Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Supporting children's learning through play-based experiences

- Assisting with daily routines and care practices

- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

- Contributing to observations, planning and documentation appropriate to your qualification level





- Working collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team

What we are Looking for

Successful applicants will:

- Have a genuine passion for working with children

- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

- Be reliable, professional and motivated

- Hold, or be actively working towards, a relevant Early Childhood qualification

- Hold a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
