We are one of Australia's leading business coaching and mentoring firms, helping business owners transform their businesses and their lives.

We're looking for a highly driven, persuasive and people-focused Sales Development Representative to become a key part of our sales team.

This is far more than simply booking appointments.

Your role is to connect with warm leads that we provide, build genuine rapport, understand each prospect's business challenges, qualify their suitability, create excitement about working with us, and prepare them for a strategy session with one of our Master Coaches.

The ideal candidate naturally influences people, asks great questions, listens exceptionally well, and genuinely enjoys helping business owners succeed.

This role starts at approximately 15 hours per week, with a clear pathway into a full sales closing position for the right person.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
