Sydney Heel Pain Clinic is looking for someone just like you to join our small, dedicated team. Led by an expert podiatrist with years of experience in treating complex heel pain cases, this is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on learning in a supportive, collaborative environment.

At Sydney Heel Pain Clinic, you won’t just be another face in the crowd. You’ll have the incredible opportunity to work alongside Karl, our specialist podiatrist, and become a true specialist in treating conditions like heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendonitis.

Under his mentorship, you’ll learn to carry out biomechanical assessments, perform 3D foot scans, and assist with advanced treatments like shockwave therapy.

Karl’s years of experience will be shared with you, teaching you the ropes of how to manage even the most complex cases. By the time you finish with us, you’ll have developed invaluable skills in heel pain treatment, making you a standout expert in this area.

You’ll also be welcomed into the Align HC family, networking with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including podiatrists, physiotherapists, and exercise physiologists.

Together, we’ve brought custom orthotic design and 3D printing in-house to Sydney Heel Pain Clinic,



giving you hands-on exposure to the entire process—from biomechanical assessments to design, production, and fitting.

Your role will include deep tissue massage and soft tissue release, particularly focusing on the posterior chain of the calf, soleus and hamstrings , with the potential to expand to other areas of the body as needed or desired.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll be involved in a variety of treatments and gain experience across different disciplines, giving you a well-rounded, agile skill set.

While you'll be a massage therapist first, this role offers you the unique chance to build expertise in the specialized field of heel pain treatment, which will set you apart in your career.
