INOVIT has been in the automotive aftermarket since 1998. We design, manufacture and distribute alloy wheels globally - our products sit under cars in Australia, the US, the UK and Europe. We have the product, the warehouse, the cars and the customers. What we don't have is someone owning how all of that looks online.

That's this job.

THE ROLE

You'll own video and social end to end. You shoot it, you cut it, you post it, you tell us what worked. This isn't a role where you wait for a brief - you'll have a warehouse full of product, access to real builds and real customers, and the freedom to decide what we make.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Shooting product: wheels, fitments, finishes, new releases - in studio and on car

- Short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts - the bulk of the job

- Longer pieces: build features, customer cars, warehouse content, trade shows and events

- Owning the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

- Community management - comments, DMs, and the day-to-day voice of the brand

- Stills for the website, catalogues and dealer material

- Thumbnails, titles, and light motion graphics

- Monthly reporting on what performed, and using it to shape the next month

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years shooting and editing video professionally - in-house, agency, or a strong freelance run

- You can run a shoot on your own: framing, lighting, audio, the lot

- Fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects or CapCut

- A genuine feel for short-form. You understand why a video holds someone past three seconds, and you can explain it

- Hands-on experience running business social accounts - not just your own

- Organised.



You can keep a calendar full without being chased

- A showreel or portfolio. This matters more than your CV

- Full working rights in Australia

- Driver's licence

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

- Automotive knowledge, or a genuine interest in cars

- Photography - product and automotive

- Paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)

- Design skills (Figma, Illustrator, Canva)

- Colour grading
