Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant (S/4HANA)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and EC Benefits. The role involves leading end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, with a focus on functional design, integrations, and delivery across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC modules including design, configuration, and deployment
- Drive Benefits configuration and ensure seamless integration with EC and payroll systems (ECP/ECC)
- Contribute to functional design of integrations, including validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
- Oversee end-to-end integration processes from a functional perspective
- Manage and support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and Parallel Payroll runs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

Key Requirements

- Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Hands-on experience with EC Benefits configuration
- Good understanding of integration frameworks within SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working with ECP/ECC payroll integrations
- Exposure to end-to-end implementations
- Experience managing testing phases (SIT, UAT, Parallel runs)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (SAP CPI / middleware)
- Knowledge of data migration and cutover activities
- Previous experience in leading teams or modules
